Frequently asked questions about Poster on foam board
What resolution should my photo have for a foam board?
Allow for about 150 dpi at the final board size. For 50 × 70 cm that is roughly 3000 × 4200 pixels. If your file is below that, we will tell you before printing.
Matt, glossy or laminated – which finish is right?
Matt suits bright rooms and detailed motifs because nothing reflects. Glossy boosts colours and contrast. Laminated also gets a protective layer against moisture, fingerprints and light scratches.
How is the foam board fixed to the wall?
The rigid foam board is so light that it needs no elaborate fixing. We advise on suitable mounting accessories in the studio.
