Common sizes are 4.5 × 6.5 cm, 5 × 7 cm and 6 × 9 cm. For online applications and career portals you also receive the photo as an image file on a USB stick or by email.

May I use my application photos anywhere?
Yes. You may use the photos without restriction – for applications on paper and online, LinkedIn, Xing, your company website, your email signature and social media. There are no additional usage or licence fees, and we do not restrict their use.
Can I also use my photo for LinkedIn or the company website?
Yes. The business photos are made for exactly that: you receive several finely retouched, high-quality image files for online profiles, website and press.
